Firstly, you might be wondering where the letters: JBNL came from... It's funny. It's a play on my family's name. My son's name is Jacob. My husband's name is Brian. My name is Nicole and our last name begins with L.. So there you have it, it's our initials. Cute, huh.
I decided to start a small e-commerce business from Waukesha, Wisconsin in 2021. I have always been interested in not just what's HOT but what is UNIQUE, not seen before, This platform allows me to share what I have found with my customers for a reasonable price, while not giving up the highest quality of products, that are guaranteed to meet your needs and keep you satisfied!
My motivation is to constantly find NEW CURIOSITIES to continue to engage and excite you to come back and see what else I have discovered.

Do you deliver your products internationally?
No! Sadly, at this point JBNL Curiosity Shop is not shipping outside the US and in some cases, we can only shipping to the lower 48 States. These items are marked in the description.
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your style from the menu choice on the product page then click the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.
I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email... What's going on?
Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please shoot us a line under "Contact Us" section of our site.
I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?
Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
How secure is my personal information?
Every part of JBNL Curiosity Shop meets all 6 categories of PCI compliance standards; meaning we adhere to the highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
Additionally, every page of JBNL Curiosity Shop uses SSL encryption technology to protect our shoppers. You can verify this by looking up at your browser address bar and seeing "https://" in front of our web address and the padlock icon as well. This ensures that ALL data is encrypted and secure while browsing and shopping our store and that nothing gets out.
Will I get my item in time for the Holidays?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we recommend you place your order as soon as possible, 4 to 6 weeks before the date the holiday is happening otherwise there is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not to held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.
Can I cancel my order?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

It's important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.
If you are not happy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original packaging no later than 14 business days from the day the item was received by you.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used to purchase the goods.
Prior to returning the item, please contact us on email@example.com and we will guide you through our simple returns process.
Goods Damaged in Transit: If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item. We will make arrangements to have the item returned to us and either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Return of Faulty Goods: If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can assist you. Time frames for refunds on faulty good will vary from product to product.
Items that Cannot be Returned: In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned to us once the packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty.
